Wilkes Telecommunications will provide telephone service from our office to the point of entry to your premises and we are responsible for all related repair issues. Inside wiring and/or jacks, on the other hand, are the customers' responsibility.

WireGuard

WireGuardsm is a plan that covers the repair and/or replacement of faulty standard inside wiring and/or modular jacks resulting from normal wear and tear, deterioration and damage. It also covers the service charges (for a Wilkes Telecommunications technician to come to your premises and diagnose the problem) if the problem is found in your standard inside wiring and/or modular jack. WireGuardsm does not cover a Service Call charge in the event your trouble is found to be in your telephone equipment. WireGuardsm is available to residential and business customers, with a per line monthly rate.

WireGuard Plus

WireGuardsm Plus is a protection plan for DSL customers. With this plan you not only receive the standard WireGuardsm protection, Wilkes Telecommunications will replace the customer's defective DSL modem (received from Wilkes Telecommunications) free of charge.

NetGuard

NetGuardsm is a protection plan for Wireless Home Networking customers.   With this plan you not only receive the standard WireGuardsm Plus protection, Wilkes Telecommunications will replace the customer's defective wireless router (received from Wilkes Telecommunications) free of charge.   Note:   NetGuardsm is conditional upon the purchase of WireGuardsm Plus.
