My Back-Up
Wilkes My Back-u provides a safe and secure storage facility for storing text documents, photos, web pages, spreadsheets and other files. Storing critical files on My Back-up reduces the risk and impact of malicious attacks, viruses, hardware problems, accidental deletion or damaged equipment.
My Back-Up combines the security of network storage with the convenience of a local drive. You can drag and drop or copy files to and from the network drive server using Windows Explorer. My Back-Up allows secure transfer, storage and access of these files without a learning curve. Automated PC back-ups can be schedule on a regular basis.

Wilkes spam filtering is an exclusive and proven spam filtering system to remove unwanted email messages. Wilkes solution eliminates unsolicited spam from user's inboxes and stores them in the Greymail quarantine area. The spam filtering system is updated in real-time with new spam signatures and provides unparalleled flexibility through spam filter control settings.
Virus Protection
Wilkes virus protection system checks all inbound and outbound email for known viruses and quarantines all email that contains viruses. The system notifies users when viruses are detected, yielding a higher level of customer service. Wilkes virus signature databases are automatically updated with the latest know virus signatures.
Webmail
Webmail allows users to access their email from any Web browser anywhere in the world. Users can read mail, create and send messages, manage contact lists, reply to or forward email and set up folders to store email on centralized servers. Wilkes webmail also contains a personal calendar, notepad, reminder service, and access to Greymail to check messages flagged as spam or containing a virus.
Greymail
Greymail is Wilkes Communications' quarantine area for email that is determined to be spam or contain viruses. Greymail allows the user to review these emails in case regular email has inadvertently been labeled as spam. Users can receive daily or weekly summaries of their Greymail contents.
Tattlemail
Greymail contents may be unsuitable for certain members of the family. Therefore, Wilkes Communications offers Tattlemail, a service that provides password protected access to Greymail and also notifies the Parent account via email whenever attempts are made to access Greymail.
Internet Security
It is important to protect personal computers as well as personal information while using the Internet. To accomplish this, Wilkes Communications offers a package of security controls designed to automatically detect and prevent a wide variety of threats that are common to Internet use today. Wilkes security package contains a personal firewall, that makes your computer invisible to hackers, as well as Anti-Spyware and Anti-virus protection with an automatic update feature that keeps signature libraries current.
It also contains a pop-up blocker, and identity and privacy protection to prevent personal data from leaving your computer. It protects your instant messages so they cannot be monitored, preventing identity theft. Personal computers are also protected by the security package from hackers scanning wireless networks.
