Email = Allotted Email Accounts
CWS = Commercial Web Space (Email, Web & FTP Storage)
Agreement = 12 month Service Agreement on High Speed Internet Only**
Connection = Connection Fee*

*Connection Fees refers to the connection work made between our switching equipment and the customer's Network Interface Device box located outside of the customer's residence or business. This work can be performed with or without making a premise visit depending on the network configuration.

**An "Early Cancellation Fee" will be assessed if the term length of the Service Agreement has not been met. The "Early Cancellation Fee" will be the remaining balance on a contract. Early cancellation will be permitted if you move outside of our serving area or to an area within our serving area in which we do not offer High Speed Internet service. Early Cancellation does not apply to Month to Month agreements.
