The Wilkes Telecommunications repair service number is a 24-hour, 7-day reporting number.

Wilkes personnel answer our repair service number Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you call with a problem after hours or on Sunday, you will reach our message center. When you reach the message center, leave a message and you will be contacted at the earliest possible time the next business day.

If we cannot reach you by phone, repair personnel will be dispatched to investigate and repair the trouble. We will leave a door-hanger to let you know we have been there and what we did.

If you experience telephone problems, please check your phones by unplugging each set individually. Sometimes one telephone set can malfunction and cause the entire line to go out. Also, before calling repair, please check cordless phones, answering machines, modems or any other telephone equipment that is plugged into an electrical outlet. These simple steps could reduce the length of time your telephone service is out.
